Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

How to Return: Please contact our support team at enquiries@gifted10.com with your order number to start a return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is faulty.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. If your shipping method includes tracking, a link will be provided in that email so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping for a flat rate of £9.99. Whether you're in Europe, the US, or beyond, we’ll get your gift there.
What happens if my order is delayed?
While we aim for the 3–5 day (UK) or 10–14 day (Worldwide) windows, occasionally things like customs or peak holiday seasons can cause a slight delay. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of the expected date, please reach out to us.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you catch us before the order is dispatched (usually within 2–4 hours of ordering), we can update your details. Once it’s left the building, it’s in the hands of the courier!
